ABOUT THIS EVENT

We held a casework advice surgery at Pemvroke House, meeting residents to provide direct support with a range of local issues. Constituents were able to raise concerns face-to-face, including housing, repairs and other casework matters affecting their day-to-day lives.

The session provided an opportunity to listen to residents’ experiences, offer advice on next steps, and ensure issues were followed up with the relevant services and organisations. These surgeries are an important way of making support more accessible and responsive within the community.
